“Everything is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a combination of Western and Chinese styles and tastes so good. The room is spacious and clean. The metro station is a bit far away from hotel (walk for around 10 minutes) but taking taxi to your destination is easy (use app or raise hand on the street). A new apartment community is 1 block away with a supermarket (ALDI) and some restaurants which is very convenient.”

“ı have not checked in hotel that night, tried to reach hotels.com, no one answered my messages, in the middle of night 2.5 hours I had to wait for cancellation after I called the police, the room I booked was with window, and the hotel staff insisted the room was without window. Since 14th of November I am waiting for my money refund, UK hotels.com said within 72 hours will be resolved, nothing done!! Worst platform ever and the worst hotel reception ever.”

“it is very convenient to go to CBD Pudong and Puxi by bus but mtr. It's good in the service from hotel's staff, the room and hotel are tidy. The staffs are nice and can be problem-solving, especially one staff who is a girl to help me to pick up the "heavy luggage" even she is light and short in figure. Although another staff helped her finally in order to avoid injured , but her working attitude is good. Anyway, all staffs are helpful. ”
