“The best hostel I’ve ever stayed :))”

“Ideally located. Very friendly staff.Would have been nice if the hostel had specified that there is a lift and instructed how to use it(as it is quite old). One thing that could have made the whole experience a liyt nicer is if the shower door weren't transparent.”

“I wish to formally report an extremely serious and unacceptable situation that occurred upon arriving at the hotel booked through Expedia. At 8:00 p.m., when we arrived, there was no one at reception and we were left waiting without assistance. During this time, a completely intoxicated man physically assaulted me with two punches, without any provocation whatsoever. All of this happened with no hotel staff present and with absolutely no security measures in place. Only when I started shouting……

“Clean room! They were helpful with taxi, directions etc Need more coffee in the room and slow wifi Hard to ask the front desk a question without the phone working. Might as well remove it ”

“I used to believe hostel are shaped by fellow travelers. I was wrong. Here, it’s the admin — specifically Lady-Ludmila — that ruins it. During my 1st stay, I poured coffee from a thermos that was next to the kettle in the shared kitchen, assuming it was communal. The next morning, I was falsely accused of theft. Ludmila escalated the situation, rallying long-term guests (mostly Ukrainians) into a mob, hurling insults and racial slurs. I had to call the police to stop the aggression. I stand 6……

“靠近動物園，可以走路過去。其他舊城景點也可坐電車過去，很方便。房間很滿意，但自動開了暖風機，又未能關閉，有點熱。”

“Die Location war in einem Keller, es hat gestunken, das Internet ging nicht und mein türcode würde geändert bzw funktionierte mitten in der Nacht nicht. Kurz gesagt, die schlimmste Unterkunft die man jemals hatte und ich will mein Geld zurück 🙄”

“Nice male receptionist who is not only patient of answering queries from those hostel guests but also provides lots of local sightseeing information to us (e.g. bus routes no., local restaurants & best sightseeing places). Nice location if you'd like to stay close to the Old Town and lots of nice restaurants in Nowy Świat (the street name) which only takes 5-8 mins from the hostel to the street.”
