1. 张家界如家酒店

永定

“One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Housekeeping was extremely poor, leaving even the beds unmade. The reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in providing good service. We practically had to beg the receptionist to finish her phone call just to check out, and she handled it with a terrible attitude. Very disappointing experience. Zhangjiajie is an extraordinary city, and I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and customer service.”

“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and the location is excellent, especially if you're planning to visit Tianmen Mountain since the cable car station is just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and generally comfortable. However, there were a few significant issues that affected the overall experience. First, the included breakfast is not served in the hotel itself but at a small nearby restaurant. While breakfast is included, the experience……
