「Hotel location is good, very near the train station. the service is good. when I request the additional bed in the room. they changed another bigger room to us. Even we have 3 adults and 1 children. They would not ask us to book one more room.」

「This is a very convenient hotel. The room facilities may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly, and the location right next to the station makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast food is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended」

「It’s an easy hotel, simple and without extra luxury, but clean and we got what we expected. There is a parking at 5 min walking with a lot of space. The breakfast buffet is also very good, although I would have preferred with more fresh fruits. 」

「It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions」

「Je ne comprends pas les commentaires ultra négatifs… l’hôtel est bien placé, le lobby est cosy et on peut même y prendre un café. Il y a aussi une petite cour intérieure avec tables et chaises. La chambre est simple mais efficace. Ça a été un set up parfait pour aller au stade」
