“The hotel is staffed by exceptionally nice people who are truly welcoming and helpful. The location is great for a stay in lovely Pitlochry, and we enjoyed the local shops and dining. Parking is onsite and convenient. Our room is amazing; views of gorgeous greenery, spacious, comfortable beds, a lovely loo, nice windows for a cooler night, great amenities, and in a beautiful building. Breakfast is just exceptional with a large variety and great flavors. We wished our stay had been longer to……

“Booked an executive double room which was very spacious and had a large bath too. A bit dated overall but clean and we had a lovely overnight stay. Dinner and breakfast were both good quality with gluten free options. I enjoyed using the pool and sauna (pre book) however disappointed the hot tub snd steam room were not in operation. Also, the spa was closed both Sunday and Monday. Hotel is set in extensive grounds and is a 15 minute walk into Aberfoyle. Plenty EV charging points at the hotel.……

“This hotel had the feel of an old 1980s hotel that had been poorly maintained over the years by the owners. The room was clean but on our second morning we weren't able to have a shower because the shower didn't work. The tap water was also like an oven while the beds were like rocks. Despite promising wi-fi this too was non-existent. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok but during our stay there was always a feeling of what was going to go wrong next.”
