"I stayed here for 12 days and it was absolutely the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the breakfast Chef and ladies at the breakfast kitchen. So nice and helpful every morning. The breakfast itself was like a 5-star report. Big room, great bed, shower and toilet was top notch quality. You can even have a robot 🤖 deliver your room service. you get a LOT of hotel and amenities for the room rate. Great location too"

"I came to China only knowing a few words in Mandarin and the staff was so patient and kind and ready with their translation apps to help that it really helped making my experience very comfortable."

"The staff members are great and they offer assistance during our stay."

"Great staff. Wonderful hotel."

"The hotel staff cannot speak English and needed a translation. I received a phone call at 5:30 from the lobby and had no idea what she was saying as it was all in Chinese."

"Down to earth helpfull staff"
