“Arrived at Pierre & Vacances Benidorm Horizon. For a 3 night break. Had to check in at main hotel to access the apartmen in the other block. The check in process was excellent everything was there for you to understand & acknowledge. We had use of the main pool outdoors & indoors & the gym. The evening entertainment was ok but the bar was very expensive for food & drink. The Free shuttle bus to the beach and back was perfect as its a long old way expecially heading back from the beach The only……

“Great location, beautiful apartment was a breakage fee think it was €200 which is returned on your card as soon as the room is checked. I left my passport staff emailed to say which was lucky! Would definitely stay here again. Pool bar was great also.”

“Great location for a stag party being central to everything. Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Greatly appreciated the Aircon and generally in decent condition. It's fairly obvious that this is a place for stag and hen parties so if you're after something else this probably isn't for you but if you're on a stag/hen party i'd very much recommend this place.”

“Reception staff were very helpful, we arrived early for check-in so the staff very kindly offered to let us get changed and look after our luggage until our room was ready. Room was very clean, air conditioning was amazing (during heat wave!), fresh towels whenever requested, WiFi spot on, very little to no noise from other guests or outside and location was perfect, 2 min walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. Honestly can’t fault anything about the stay. Even let us store our luggage……

“The hotel is very outdated. The rooms smell of cigarettes even though the room was non-smoking. The Wi-Fi was very slow. Hard to find a table to eat at as it's always full”
