「Great location in the centre of Cardiff」

「Hotel was fine, however, considering its location,shame that parking is NOT FREE. 」

「Lovely person at front desk. Room very nice. However, they don’t have a hotel phone at the front desk so receptionist was not able to call us a cab when my American phone wouldn’t connect. 」

「Very affordable and friendly staff. The room was clean and had a comfy bed and en suite bathroom. Would have been nice to have parking at the hotel and a kettle in the room but overall a fantastic stay and would stay again.」

「The first room assigned to me is of no air condtioning, which is excessively hot in day time. Upon request, the hotel change one with air conditioning, but at a lower floor with internal view on the reception hall. The room decoration is of simple type and acceptable. But a number of room facilities like door lock, light bulbs need repair.」

「Klasse Hotel! Liegt so schön ruhig am See und man kommt problemlos zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in die Stadt von Cardiff. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Konnte mein Auto vom Bett aus sehen, klasse! Gerne wieder! Frühstück war auch ausreichend - englisch halt! :)」

「A very nice simply but comfortably furnished room spotlessley clean with everything needed for an overnight stay. The ensuite bathroom also immaculately clean also supplied super toiletries to wash snd shower etc which were eco friendly in large glass bottles.best of all was Carl and the dining room staff Carl reserved my parking space carried my luggage up to my room and parked my walking frame for me,with no fuss and discreet help. The dining room staff served an excellent breakfast quickly...

「We stayed in the Baròn suite, a stunning room, four poster bed, double shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. In a fantastic location, superb breakfast. We hope to stay again soon and we will definitely be eating at the restaurant. 」

「Great sized room and bathroom. Was little worried about the possible noise from pub downstairs, but it was not an issue. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Easy to get in and out, even during early mornings, when the pub was not open. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation near the city.」

「The property itself is a bit outdated although the room in which I stayed seemed newly refurbished and I liked it a lot! Even though it was a budget accommodation, it did include ammenities such as coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wifi was excellent. The neighborhood was conveniently located for my purposes (25-30 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and to downtown Cardiff). The neighborhood was on the residential side so not very lively. 「My husband and I spent ten days there in September 2015. The house-owner, Helen is very nice. Every day she kindly recommended some landmarks for us to visit. And she was willing to assist us. For those who are wishing to stay as a home-liked place, this hotel will be a good choice. The room was clean, there was someone responsible for cleaning your room every single day.
