“Bathroom:
The toilet needs replacing - too flimsy & low for comfort. Should use toilet bowl cleaner - for limescale (greenworks is best for this) Really bad stain from either iron or manganese-CLR in tank helps. This reduced overall cleanliness rating. Also 4th floor hallway carpet is poorly laid in areas and a tripping hazard - reduces overall impression of the the property. ”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Just need handle bars in shower for support to get in and out of tub. Nice clean pool. Having apples and tea and coffee at the front lobby was very helpful to start your day.”
