"Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique."

"Bell'hotel situato nella parte Nord della città, nel pieno del distretto industriale di Plovdiv. Abbastanza nuovo, camere pulite, personale gentile. A piedi in 30 minuti si può raggiungere il centro della città."

"It was overall a nice comfortable stay. One thing to mention is that the hot water was not stable so I needed to raise that issue to the receptionists. As the hotel is a very old building they might want to check the plumbing so the guests always have hot water. "
