I clearly explained the situation and even suggested that the owner could simply leave the key in a safe place so we could access the room ourselves. "The start was a bit difficult, as I arrived in the dark and could not find the keys in a locker. Got help via phone and after that was all good. Quiet area, free parking quite near old town (only if you like walking uphill!!). All basics were available, pretty normal breakfast, served by sexy lady. Liked the experience! They even offered a discount for next stay."
