“Spacious and very clean room. Lots of restaurants near by and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was expensive for a cocktail $18 usd. Could find cheaper at a restaurant or the grocery near by had a good selection of wines and beers. Breakfast was good. Not too many options but just enough. ”

“Clean and modern rooms. Hotel is located "center ice" for restaurants and shopping. Short convenient walk to beach, with hotel-reserved loungers and umbrellas, very helpful. Front desk very responsive and helpful. Room cleaning service was a bit inconsistent, but front desk responded quickly to resolve”

“Seascape hotel and townhouse was amazing. From day one, Shawnnette was very delightful and helpful getting us thru the checking process. The place is 5min walk from the beach or you can take the golf car by Daniel. Daniel was also amazing,.polity and always ready to assist us. If you have a family of 4.or 6, i recommend the townhouses which have a beautiful kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms and large livingroom. Note that eating out is expensive in Turks and Caicos, so having a full kitchen is a big……

“Love the quaint cottage feel , you definitely feel the island vibe.. there are a few garden sitting areas , (although they can use some TLC ) We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sibonne and would absolutely return!. The beach at the Sibonne is the best and no need for getting up early to grab chairs .. there were always plenty throughout the day ! Perfect location with walking distance to shopping and restaurants and turkberry

“Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed there was no proper secondary lock or security mechanism on the door beyond the standard knob lock, which made me uncomfortable traveling alone. In addition, there were visible blood stains on the bedding upon arrival.
Guests should also be aware that the property is entirely walk-up, so it may not be ideal for anyone with mobility concerns or difficulty with stairs.
When I expressed my concerns and informed the front desk that I would be checking……
