“The room is huge and clean with good amenities. The maids did a very good job daily. There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store).
The staff is very friendly and check in on you daily, asking if there's anything they can improve on.
I saw concerning comments about the hotel surroundings, particularly about safety. I did not feel any concern. The front of the property is in the heart of Grace Bay;……

“This hotel is like a boutique hotel. Two levels, two sides. No elevator. A small rectangular pool. A place to eat. A fitness center. A gift shop. Very very clean and crisp place. Food was good, not great. Drinks were good, not great. If they could improve the beach access and have amenities at the beach I would rate this 5 stars. However it’s quite unpleasant to get to the beach, to get picked up, and to have nothing down there from them but a few chairs and umbrellas. If you call to order know……

“The resort was in a fantastic location. Less and 50 yards from our room to the beach chair. Check is was quick and easy. Desk help was great. Very clean rooms and freshened up daily. The attached Bay Bistro Resturant was fantastic. Had breakfast and dinner there a few times during our stay. Great food and service.
