「The communication between the staff and guest are not great, the food selection was horrible, we had to eat out majority of the times. I wouldn’t go back to this place.」

「Great place」

「We had such an amazing experience at Windsong Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is located in the perfect area of Grace Bay, close to everything while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The beach is absolutely breathtaking, with soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. It’s truly paradise and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos. 「It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall.」

「The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.」

「The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).」

「Great stay ! Clean and well kept rooms and property. Excellent food and drinks. Will be back!」

「Wonderful!」

「Seven Stars is the kindest and most hospitable staff all around. The place is beautiful and relaxing. Hope to come again. Hands down worth the trip and stay!」

We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

「As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and...
