「While the house itself was fine the amenities listed/shown were not usable. The Kayaks were very dirty, waterfilled, and without functional paddles. The bikes were rusted out with flat tires. The BBQ grill was too dirty/rusted to use. f」

「This was such an amazing find. My girlfriend and I are not resort people and so we wanted to find a property that both would allow us to feel like we are an apart of the island. This was the perfect spot cozied right next to a very popular beach as well as being away from the resorts. Susan was an amazing host and very kind and easy to communicate with. I will most certainly be staying here again when we come back」

「Great place if you want remote access to beautiful beaches and nature. You can drive and walk the beaches without running into tourists, or almost anyone at times. The house is stocked with basics like spices, cooking supplies, mosquito spray, etc., left by previous vacationers. Very quiet and gives off a great beach house vibe! We may be back!」

「We stayed at Dragon Cay for a small get away.
The villa is as described, “very clean”and has a nice screened in area with two loungers. The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect. Kitchen has a full fridge, apartment size stove and was stocked with some coffee, sugar, cream and a gallon of water. To the left of the stairs is an outside faucet to rinse any sandy feet or beach clothes.
We had a bit of an AC problem and reported...

「We wanted a quiet few days away from the busy tourist scene on Provo, and Middle Caicos did not disappoint! Mid & North Caicos are significantly less populated, which is a blessing but … there is also significantly less shopping & restaurants, as well as grocery selection.」

「Clean, family friendly, host was accommodating and responsive. Pool at property is community, but our stay felt private. Very centrally located to Grace Bay and grocery. Can easily walk to local dining like Bela Luna or have a few drinks at castaways. This was perfect for our party of 7, with four kids range from 7 yrs to 16 yrs old.」
