“Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!”

“PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST: If you are here in T & C for a memorable vacation no matter how lengthy the stay DO NOT book MOTEL! I am first embarrassed and discussed with Expedia for repping this dump. I also will be looking for a "store credit" from Expedia as I knew i would not be getting my money back from Grace Bay Suites. Suites ya NO! Nothing Sweet about it!!!! This place was so bad we checked out after the first night as it was NOT cleaned well the toilet would not flush the ac was……

“You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant……

“I loved the small secluded place...It was peaceful...we had everything we needed....the staff was so very helpful with everything...the restaurant on the beach was great and we hate we forgot a out the bikes for the last day to ride to souvenir shop...I had an Amazing time!”

“I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!”

“Our lodging expectations were exceeded. Spacious, clean suite with ocean and pool views. Kitchen with all necessary appliances and as a bonus there was a washer and dryer in suite. All staff members courteous and attentive and provided excellent information regarding off site activities. Resort was very quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Yes we can be repeat guests at the West Bay Club”

“Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!”
