Seven Stars is a beautiful resort with an amazing beach and pool. The resort is spotless clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Both restaurants serve delicious food. It was easy to get chairs and umbrellas down at the beach and the food/drink service at the beach was wonderful.

I loved everything about my trip from the staff greeting us from the Taxi to the staff asking us if they could help after we checked out. Room was 10/10, staff was 15/10 beyond great, Breakfast at multiple locations was top tier and the customer service made the food even better! Beach view was awesome as well. Will be booking again next year! Can’t wait The resort lived up to the name “Seven Stars” because that’s what they deserve!

Breakfast was underwhelming. Besides that the resort and staff deserve 5 stars. Food options were good. Exceptional housekeeping. They’re very polite helpful and generous. Everything about this resort was perfect. Our check in was smooth and we were given a tour of the resort and the beach and pool area. Walked to our rooms and amenities of the room were explained. Housekeeping staff were all friendly and helpful and attentive. All staff at the resort went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.

The resort itself is perfect. Great space. Large rooms. Great amenities. Perfect pool size and distance to the beach. So clean. Our issue was the service. Almost as if it was a hassle to ask for a drink at the pool: had to wait an hour for a pool menus. Then at the beach barely anyone going around for drink requests. Then on the way to the airport the front staff said they would call us a taxi & for 30 mins they wouldn’t. It was so odd. For a place this expensive the service should be a lot better. It’s a beautiful place but the service needs a lot of work.
