Clean, comfy bed everything great except they should have bug spray there were so many mosquitoes and that really sucks when on vacation trying to sleep and they keep attacking you. So get bug spray if you’re visiting soon. Still nice place.

The staff at Tides was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. Steps to the beach with chairs and umbrellas set up each morning. Beach towels always on hand. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Close to options for food and beverages. Thank you for the water and coffee in the room! WiFi worked pretty well - not the fastest, but reliable. We would stay here again for a few days of R&R.

Our stay was great. We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary in Turks and Caicos residing at The Tides. It was the perfect location steps from Grace Beach minutes from I believe their downtown where you can walk to bars like Danny’s or the Grace Bay gourmet supermarket, and other shops. The most impressive part of our stay was Brenda the receptionist she was amazing professional, friendly. She made our stay even more special. We were surprised with a cute little cake, strawberries and a nice note from the management team celebrating our anniversary. The daily maid service was great. The hotel accommodations were superb. It had everything that we needed if we were to ever come back to Turks and Caicos we will definitely choose The Tides.

Our family had an amazing stay at Tides in Turks and Caicos. The hotel was spotless, safe, and incredibly well run. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming—Brenda and the entire team truly made us feel at home. The beach is just a short walk away, with a discreet path leading straight to it, and while a shuttle is available, it’s not needed. A nearby grocery store makes it easy to cook meals, and the hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight was how the staff went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday. an unforgettable touch. Highly recommend The Tides to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos. Five stars.

Beautiful well equipped rooms…pool…100 steps to the secluded (not crowded beach). Very quiet boutique building. Ground floor units are the way to go for ease to pool/beach. Downtown Grace Bay is a 5 minute bike ride…great location.

Spacious and clean room/apt, the bed was comfy. I had a room on the first flloor, the pool view at night was treat. The front desk clerk was a amazing she was so gracious (I’m terrible w/names) This place doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but if a 1bdrm apt in a quiet convenient location this is your place! I do intend to stay again.

The hotel is perfect! They have lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach on grace bay. The rooms are spacious, and clean. It is very close to restaurants and long bay area. The service was impeccable! I will be coming back here, and will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at for the price point. The customer service was abysmal and they need a serious attitude check. If you want a peaceful, relaxing vacation stay far away from this place because construction starts at 6:30 every morning. The hotel denied us a partial refund since the construction was recently mentioned on the property’s Expedia’s page. The third night of our stay the ceiling fan broke around 3 am which was absolutely terrifying as it made loud sounds and then dropped above us just hanging on by a thin wire. Nobody was at the front desk the 3 times we tried to go in and report it the next day until around 9 pm. All we asked was that they did not come and try to fix it that night since we were going to bed. We are very lucky we did not get injured but we reported it to Expedia who contacted the front desk the next day to request a partial refund, which was denied again. Upon checking out I was questioned why I did not report the incident right away, and multiple times I had to explain that nobody was at the front desk anytime we tried to report it the following day until 9 pm. She kept insisting it was very strange that they never had any issues with the fan until now, implying that we had something to do with it. I told her she should try apologizing for the situation instead of putting the blame on us since we could’ve seriously gotten hurt. They should really be embarrassed for their behavior and I recommend that nobody stay here

Brenda did a great job checking us in. Jason was amazing getting our beach chairs and umbrellas set up every morning. Construction noise nearby 8am-5pm but if you’re on the beach it’s not too loud. Rooms were a weird layout and ac was working in only half the unit. But if you’re looking to save money with a condo near the beach with reserved chairs and umbrellas this is the place. Don’t expect the Ritz. Free parking was wifi was great.

Room and unit were very clean and there was service daily which we were not expecting. The kitchen could honestly use some additional amenities if you plan to cook there a lot. Staff and management very responsive and friendly. Location is perfect! We will be back.
