「This property is under the Marriott and I could see that it hasn't been updated in a while. The building didn't have the luxury that I was paying for. The furniture and upholstery were old in the room and in the seating areas. The spa was small and didn't offer any updated features that I've even seen in the Marriott location in Arizona. 「Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island.」

The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room....
