「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for,...

「This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a...

「The communication between the staff and guest are not great, the food selection was horrible, we had to eat out majority of the times. I wouldn’t go back to this place.」

「High end, low key. Old school Caribbean. Very personable, all staff are exceptional. Food excellent. 」

「Excellent resort beautiful and well kept staff was great and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!」

「Only thing is Wi-Fi speed very very very poor (solow)! Only first day ok (not fast just can using) 2 3 4 days. Every day. Too solow. Can not open website! Map! Who can believe? Hope there can update speed, every one need internet! 」

「Beautiful adult, clean, friendly staff place. No complaints」

「The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.」

「The staff was amazing!!! They made everyone feel like a VIP. The hotel is located in an area of grace bay that is easily accessible to small shops, coffee, etc The amenities are great and the poolside and beach staff are amazing. A shout out to Jameson who made us feel so welcomed, kept our drinks and food flowing and always made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was great as well. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Definitely great for families.」

「The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).」

「It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall.」

「There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...
