「Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!」

「The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.」

「Great location, beach access with beach beds available. There's a café on sit, restaurant and a gift shop for last minute items if needed. The staff was amazing especially Michal B. I was able to text the hotel whenever I needed a taxi to and from. They answered promptly to my request. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「We had a wonderful trip with our 14 and 18 year old kids. The bungalow was perfect for us because each kid had their own room. The staff was really accommodating, friendly, and kind.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a nice touch. The kitchen area was well equipped. However, the bed was less comfortable than expected. The property was beautiful and well maintained.」

「The property is amazing. Located right on the beach in Grace Bay. Our room was excellent. Very spacious and comfortable with a semi- wrap around patio that offered privacy and wonderful ocean views. The staff warmly welcomes you and very accommodating. While the property does not have on dining, you are only minutes away in walking to a number of places. 」
