“We had a great stay! It was close to the airport and the staff was extremely helpful when needed. Our rooms were always cleaned and so was the resort. We only had breakfast & lunch there, which both were standard. Would 100% go back in the future!”

“We had a Deluxe suite garden room and it was lovely and very clean. We overlooked the garden and pool but we could also see part of the beach & ocean. Whoever cleaned our room daily done an excellent job!!”

“Waking up at the Blue Haven Resort in Turks & Caicos was truly waking up in paradise. We had a studio with a king size bed that had an ocean view but no balcony which we were initially interested in but this did not impact our experience overall . “Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows.……

“The resort is an older resort with classic island charm. The property and amenities make up for the dated furniture in the units. The resort is perfect for a relaxed stay and easily accessible to all other resorts and restaurants via the shuttle or taxi. I will be coming back for a longer stay. The beach is priceless!”

“Turks and Caicos is an expensive island so there was good value in staying at The Sands. They are within walking distance to a small downtown area and to their sister hotel, The Palms. Food at Hemingway’s was good and the restaurant is conveniently located close to the pool and beach, however they have a tiny bar area and infrequent service to the beach area. There would be better use of space if they had a bar area on the deck closer to the beach. We had some issues with our lights not shutting……

“Check-in was quick and smooth, the staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping service was excellent—we received fresh towels every day. The location is very close to the beach, and just a few steps away from restaurants and shops. They provided us with beach towels, and we even had a designated spot on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Very clean pool, quiet and relaxing definitely recommend it ”

“ Awesome resort! Restaurants were great too. Rooms were clean with nice views. Pools and amenities were exceptional. The beach was wonderful, lots of activities if you choose. Entire staff was helpful, Khem, Sley, Love, Fortune, David... too many to mention, all great. Excellent location for relaxation and peace and quiet. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Good value.”

“This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if……

“We were choosing between this property and Ocean Club West and chose wrong sadly. From the start it was sub par, the transport from the airport failed to show after a 30 min wait and we had to join the taxi line. We had a room the 1st night where there were people partying 2 doors down despite being asked to stop. I was woken at 2:38am by the smoke alarm because they were illegally smoking. I had to go to the front desk at 3am due to the banging and partying. We were moved for 1 night to……

“Close by to the beach and fish fry and multiple activities. Aziza is about a 40 minute walk from the location and lots of restaurants are close by. The boutique hotel was super clean and put together. Only thing I would recommend is larger bottles of shower gel and adding hand soap to the bathrooms”
