「My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. 「The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.」

「We absolutely loved this spot! Across the street was a family owned business with great food. Very spacious bedrooms. Clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. Central location to anything. Elizabeth was def the hostess with the mostest.」

「We had a great time! The property was perfect for us. It’s walking distance to a beautiful beach with excellent snorkeling. Very close to several restaurants. Mangos was our favorite for dinner and Turks Wave cafe was our favorite for breakfast. The pools and hot tub are nice and clean. Parking onsite is convenient. The host is very quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!」

「I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. 」

「Great vacation rental! Prefect studio with full bath and full kitchen. Close to restaurants and 10-15 minute drive to Grace Bay. Property owner was very responsive and brought over extra brand new frying pan upon request the next day! Unit and pool were clean. AC worked great! Overall very happy with my stay. 」
