「Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!」

「We stayed for 5 days. Here are the positives: 1. Staff are great, especially Julia, Michael, Tito, and Monesha. They are very helpful and kind; 2. The pizzas were really good!!! 3. One of the highlights is that they have daily happy hours in the bar; 4. They have water refill stations, coffee and tea in the room are nice; 5. They have sunscreen by the pool; 6. 「Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience.」

「The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.」

「The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.」
