“The property sits in a very safe area on a nice clean beach overlooking the beautiful turquoise water. There are 4 suites with some shared spaces outside but we always felt we had the place to ourselves! The deck overlooking the ocean is where we spend many days with cool beverages and some music lounging in the sun. We had 2 amazing meals and had left overs for lunch the next day. We met some locals who were very friendly as well. We walked the beach in both directions and even made a couple……

“The house is located right on the beach which I loved because it was easy to go from the house to the beach. The pool was nice to have! The groceries are limited on North Caicos so if you can get groceries before riding the ferry to North Caicos, you will have a better selection and probably better prices. We grilled out almost every night. Restaurants are on the island of North Caicos but we did not enjoy eating out as much as we did to grill at the house. The best restaurant we tried was……

The inside of the villa and the exterior steps, porches, etc. were all immaculately clean! All the necessities worked well! The WIFI was super fast! Mac, who is the on island point of contact, was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The owners quickly responded to messages via the VRBO app/website. We definitely will book this villa again in the future!”
