「Always a favorite! This was our second time at OCW and we loved every minute of it! Best bartender at the tiki bar (shout out Ben!). Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, good food, and close to everything. Best part: the beautiful Grace Bay beach. It remains our favorite after all of our travels.」

「Location is great. Beach is great. Seven stars is generally lovely. We were having a great time. But then they used very strong chemicals in the ajoining unit in the middle of our stay so our entire unit wreaked of toxic chemicals. It took multiple complaints to get them to look into it and then multiple hours to “resolve” the issue which meant moving us to a new smaller room that was extremely hot late at night. 「Our stay started on the wrong foot due to a miscommunication during check-in. Our butler escorted my family to a room that was still being cleaned, which wasn’t a great first impression. There was also confusion about our luggage, and it took quite a while for the staff to locate it. During that time, I was genuinely worried it had been delivered to the wrong guests.
