“Great location and the staff was very courteous! We will be back!”

“We spent 5 nights in Turks and Caicos. We debated going the all inclusive route but decided we wanted to try local spots without feeling like we were wasting money. So glad we did! We rented a car and this property was the perfect place for exploring the island. Centrally located with easy access to tons of restaurants and beaches. The property was immaculate. Better than we expected. I always lower my expectations from what I see in the listing pictures but in this case the pictures don’t do……

“Property was clean and spacious. Great location. Three restaurants within walking distance were excellent. Great pool. Best snorkeling spot on island within walking distance. Recommend having a car. Few minor things to improve property- new umbrellas, kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, seasonings, more towels. Definitely would stay here again.”

“Villa Renaissance was a fabulous choice for our family. We booked room 602, a two bedroom unit. It was decorated very nicely, had a fully functioning kitchen, and washer dryer. We loved that the unit was close to the pool, lobby and resort exit to town, all very convenient. Though I’m sure some would prefer an ocean view this was perfect for our family with two young children. The hotel is located on beautiful Grace Bay. “We had a great week visiting the Turks and Caicos island and overall enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. It is advertised that there is a safe in the room- there is not. Restaurant access was fairly limited, but we didn’t mind walking and cabs were easy to come by. We did rent a car for 3 days which allowed us to see more……

“Thank you Meme, had such a great time with my friend at this resort, the sister resort can be used for pool and hot tub which me and my friend spent a lot of time at, loved it all and felt so at home! ”

“The room was nice and clean, while the mattress was incredibly firm the bedding itself was nice. The housekeeping ladies serviced the room nearly daily. The kitchenette was a bonus. The staff were nice, big shoutout to Daniel who is a one man show at the hotel! Fixed our sink, door & safe && also took on by golf cart to the beach. I’d say it’s 5-15 minute drive anywhere you might want to go. I’d revisit this property ”

The staff were all extremely helpful, the property is gorgeous, the rooms well kept, and the private beach is one of the nicest spots on Grace Bay and never crowded. My only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable and I woke up stiff most mornings. Aside from that, perfection. ”

“Just returned from an amazing stay at this little gem right on the beach. Property was exactly as advertised. It’s a perfect no frills rental. Walk out your door steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. As other renters stated in reviews the bed is small and very uncomfortable. The windows in bedroom are sealed shut. No umbrellas however there are lounge chairs. Little tweaks could make this spot exceptional. Housekeepers are sweet. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach……

“Beautiful rooms and landscape, but you will need to take a cab anywhere. The location is distant from beach and downtown. Cabs are very expensive (US$23 per person/anywhere) and only accepts cash. Please bring plenty of cash because ATM are ALL out of service in the island. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights of our 7 night trip. I’m glad we only did 3 nights, it is about 25 minutes from the shops and restaurants at grace bay. The host was super nice and communicative. The property and pool was very nice but during our stay there was a lot of mosquitos to the point of not being able to stay outside past 4:30pm (not the condos fault but something to know before you go). It’s a much less expensive option than grace bay but you get what you pay for.”
