Pine Cay The Aquarium Hotels

"This hotel is rated 3 stars, I'll give it 2 stars just because of its location. If it wasn't for the location I would give it 1 star. The location is great! Beach is basically across the street, we didn't use the beach shuttle they provide because its walking distance. and theres a plaza in front of the hotel that has restaurants and shops. The free breakfast included is terrible!! Watery scrambled eggs, stale bread and croissants. The pool was nice and the pool furniture too, but the jacuzzi looks older than me. Our room was outdated and smelled like mold and damp. Within 3 days my throat hurt and i developed a cough. When I came home my doctor told me i had a respiratory infection. I asked her if it could be from the room? She said absolutely! I had to call the front desk to un clogged the sink, and fix the tv, none of them were working. Also, housekeeping took all our dirty towels but never replaced them, so we had to call to request towels. This is my 3rd time in Turks and Caicos but my 1st time staying at this resort and we will not be returning "

"Beautiful ocean view room, we went to the local grocery store to fill up our frig but went to restaurant at least once a day, delicious food & drinks. The adult only pool is where we were if not at the beautiful ocean. Fabulous vacation "

"We had one of the best rooms on the property. Our stay was amazing! We didn't like going over to the sister property as it was very busy during spring break time. The steak restaurant was nice at Alexandria. Also, ALL dinners were amazing. Highly recommend the beach party on Monday for dinner - great smoked meats/food. Staff were friendly, but recommend tipping everyone for better service and attention."

"This house met all our needs but fell a little below our expectations. It was functional but not as luxurious as expected. It was clean, fully equipped but felt a little basic. Communication was excellent and we really appreciated some added gestures such as Emilys advice on arrival, sandwiches delivered on our day of departure and the small electric bill was waived. The availability of the car was a huge bonus and we used it at least twice daily. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area - definitely the highlight of the house. The outdoor eating area looked beautiful but was unfortunately too buggy to enjoy. The house was a little rough around the edges in places for the price paid - unfinished paintwork, basic decor, cheap drapes, plastic seating in the kitchen. But it was clean and had everything we needed for a self catering stay. We just expected a higher end feel. "

"Impeccable hotel. The beach is amazing and shallow which is perfect for kids. The architecture and rooms are so beautiful and luxurious. The pool and cabanas are awesome. Such a beautiful resort. Can’t say enough good things about it. The food was pricey however. "

"Wow! Just, wow! From the prompt clear communication to the accuracy of the listing and everything in between our family was just in awe about this property. Quiet, private and spacious! The mattressss are great, the AC cold, the kitchen well stocked and the activities around the home plentiful! 10 min from Grace bay but dont sleep on Leeward beach 5 min away. Also make sure to go to the market in the marina! Croissants to die for!We're already talking about next booking!"
