「This hotel is rated 3 stars, I'll give it 2 stars just because of its location. If it wasn't for the location I would give it 1 star. The location is great! Beach is basically across the street, we didn't use the beach shuttle they provide because its walking distance. and theres a plaza in front of the hotel that has restaurants and shops. The free breakfast included is terrible!! Watery scrambled eggs, stale bread and croissants. The pool was nice and the pool furniture too, but the jacuzzi...

「We had a very nice stay at this property. Once the staff knew it was our honeymoon they gave us a room upgrade with a gorgeous ocean view at check in. The property is beautifully landscaped and sits on a prime stretch of beach on Grace Bay. The staff was very friendly and all the food we consumed, both the breakfast buffet and dinner at their Italian restaurant were quite nicely done.」

「Perfect for families with small children. They have a small kids pool right next to the larger pool right by the beach making it easy to bounce back and forth. There is no breakfast included and the small shop closes at 5 pm making it difficult to get things like bottled water and supplies for the next morning if your arrival is late. 」

「Clean room, hard working staff, great location right off the beach. Plenty of parking. My kids loved having a room that walked out onto the pool. We walked to the Bay Bistro for an easy breakfast, and Hemingways at the Sands was an easy walk for dinner. Not far from SaltMills plaza either. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!」
