“Terrible experience. When we arrived at the property, the place was very dirty, poorly maintained, and in very bad condition. It was obvious that there had been no proper upkeep. The condition was so bad that we decided not to stay and had to leave immediately. Even so, we were not given a refund. I find it unacceptable to charge guests for a property in that condition and then refuse to refund them when they cannot even stay there. I do not recommend it at all.”

“Hurry up and book this place before someone else gets to! We had 5 adults and one baby, plenty of room for even more! This house is on the beach in a very private area, neighborhood. The owners Brian & Lynn were great with communication. We opted to rent a van during our stay, so well worth it. North Caicos is a bit remote so having your own car/van is very helpful.
