Grace on the bay! The house was great had everything we needed! The beach had a lot seaweed but it was the time of year(end of July) when we went! Recommend lathering yourself in bug spray they are definitely bad! Overall my family had a wonderful time and would definitely make a return trip!

Family vacation

The house was great, big, modern, new grill, internet, private pool and just about a private beach. Perfect weather for us. We did have a problem with some tiny ants, but the owner was having them sprayed to eliminate the issue. Great for a large family vacation.

Beautiful house and beach!

We had a fantastic stay at Dave’s house in North Turks. The home was clean, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. John, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.The private pool was a great touch, and the beach just steps from the backyard was absolutely stunning. It felt like our own private slice of paradise—far from the crowded tourist spots and ideal for families looking for peace and quiet.Highly recommend this property, and we’re already hoping to return soon!

Great Family Vacation

This villa was wonderful with the best beach and water that we have ever experienced in the Caribbean. The beach walks and sea life (sea turtles and rays) were the highlight of our days! The pool and the outdoor patios were spacious, accommodating and allowed our large family to gather all together in one amazing space! The owner Dave was responsive, receptive and fantastic to work with! Highly recommend this villa if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, off the grid type of vacation to recharge and unwind!

Amazing location and house with total privacy

It was an amazing stay. We went in mid May and we didn't see anyone else the entire week. The beach is 20 ft from the back door and the pool and palm trees made it look like true paradise. The owner and staff were very responsive to our questions and really helped set us up for a great stay including arranging a taxi from the airport and renting us paddleboards and kayaks. If you want luxury in paradise and privacy I highly recommend you stay here.

Celebration Trip

We took this trip to celebrate graduation, birthdays and anniversary. It was an excellent experience all around. The booking was easy and the host and property manager were easily accessible. Transportation from the airport to the ferry was very pleasant. Outdoor seating and dining area was very comfortable. The private beach, pool and house were amazing. The view was spectacular. We highly, highly recommend this property for a secluded, private vacation.

Incredible property

We had a group of 8 adults and 3 children under 5 and we were all blown away by the property, it’s even more stunning on the inside and outside than in the pictures! We had plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed having essentially a private beach to ourselves. The kids got a kick out of having a fresh coconut (you can have one if they fall!) and being able to run between the beach and the pool. We had an incredibly relaxing week, if you’re looking for a quiet place to connect with out the crowds this is the ideal place for family and large group trips.

Amazing little piece of paradise

This house is amazing!! Perfect location right on the water with an amazing pool and beach! We literally didn’t see anyone else on the beach the entire time that we were there. The house had everything that you could need and more. We stayed here with a 12 people ranging 9 years old to adults with plenty of room for everyone. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this hidden gem again!!

Beautiful hide-a-way

Grace on the Bay is Beautiful! We had the beach all to ourselves. The private pool was perfect temperature and depth. Easy to get in and out. Lots of seating. Getting to this location will take lots of fortification but we loved our family time together. Thanks for the good memories.

Amazing host and property

Our group was there to celebrate a friend's 30th birthday, and we had an amazing time!!! The host was VERY communicative, and assisted us with details about getting to the island, transport from the ferry to the house, and general information. We were nervous about booking when we found out about the ferry, but DO NOT LET THIS HOLD YOU BACK!!!! It is an amazing island and home!! Regina with the concierge service was excellent as well! Use Mac's taxi service on North Caicos; he is an amazing human!!!One thing to know: no-see-ums (like gnats) are DEFINITELY an issue. What you need to bring is baby oil (bug spray does not work). So bring baby oil and use it when you go outdoors. Also, bring some anti-itch salve if you do get some bites. Otherwise, AMAZING SPOT AND GORGEOUS VIEWS!!!!

Paradise Found

This beautiful home is located on North Caicos away from all the resorts in Provencials. If you are looking for a secluded beach to stroll on- this is your place! The house is big enough for more than one family, has all the amenities you need and is truly what you see in the pictures. The homeowner called prior to the trip to answer any questions and the concierge that comes with the house was very helpful with transportation from the ferry logistics. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Make sure you rent a car, the cab services take advantage. And it's important to have the local cell phone to make calls. Best restaurants to visit are Silver Palm and My Dees. Best watersports company is wake to wake watersports ask for Nat. The people are amazing. Dave is genuinely involved in making your stay magical. My whole family of 14 absolutely loved it

Upon arrival, We were unable to check in at the scheduled time of 4:00 PM and were told we had to wait outside until 4:45 PM. Housekeepers were still working on the house. After a long travel day, this was a bit of an inconvenience. Especially with two babies. - The water supply was inconsistent throughout our time at the property, making it difficult to shower and use the bathrooms as needed. Lost water 5 times during the week. Sometimes, up to a couple hours before pump was reset. Probably the biggest inconvenience. - We also encountered bugs in the beds, bathrooms, and kitchen cabinets, which was both unpleasant and concerning.- Additionally, the WiFi went out early in our stay and was never able to be restored, which affected both our ability to work remotely and stay in touch with family. Which also caused issues with baby monitors. - The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work and the freezer is not freezing properly. We spent 50 on Ice cream that all melted. - While the oven works, it makes a loud noise during the process. This was not an issue for us, but maybe something to look into. The home was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and beach. The privacy and seclusion was very nice. Unfortunately with all the other issues, we would not return to the property.

Restful retreat

Our family of 13 enjoyed staying at Grace on the Bay. Although everything inside was nice and accommodating, we rarely went inside except to sleep. We sat on the porch for the majority of the time enjoying God’s beauty. The seashells, sunsets, crystal clear turquoise water, unique foliage, white sands and each other were the takeaways from this trip. I’ve never seen a more beautiful beach or ocean! We rarely saw another person and the quietness was refreshing. A few of us had promised to check in at work but were unable to do so due to the lack of internet-you can look at that in two ways- negatively or positively 😆 I would say that our stay was a pleasant memory that will be remembered for a lifetime!

This is an AMAZING place!

My family all agrees that this vacation was our best yet! We have been to some pretty cool places, but being able to stay at this wonderful villa made this vacation an exceptional experience. It is so well appointed with everything we could possibly need, along with all of the helpful information that the owner prepared for us and helped us know what to bring. It was just perfect! We had a ball on a fly fishing trip, a deep sea fishing trip, massages at the villa, a trip to Mudjin Bar and grill, and yummy food at Last chance, Silver Palm and Miss B’s. But what we especially loved was just being able to hang out at our own gorgeous resort. Marilyn was especially helpful in answering every question we had, arranging our transportation and being incredibly helpful in every way. We really enjoyed our massages by Kim and Ann Marie. They were so lovely and we had a ball getting to know them.

Beyond Expectations!

The property is everything promised and more. We would absolutely return and/or suggest it to a friend. We were so pleased with how clean it is and well maintained. The beach is awesome and we never saw another person using it. Everything was bigger than we expected in the house. A few things to note are that the upstairs is open so you want your earliest risers there. The apartment is outfitted with tons of games so you really don't have to bring anything to entertain your little ones. Ours were so happy! The same was true with pool toys. The internet did not work the whole time although the owner mentioned getting satellite in the future so you will want to ask about this if it's a concern. It was our only complaint, and really, this is so much nicer than we ever expected so we learned to deal with it (restaurants let you use theirs).

The kids called it paradise!

I must say that our week at Grace on the Bay was pretty fantastic! My wife and I brought our family of 15, ages 9-72, to Dave's place to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Reading the reviews ahead of time gave us hope that we had chosen the right place and we were not disappointed! Attempting to spend a week together with 3 families and 8 kids under one roof without having "issues" can be challenging, but Dave's home was very accommodating and allowed everyone "space". But the truth is that with the setting on the nearly private, beautiful beach with its turquoise water inviting everyone to snorkel and fish and hang out in the gazebo, as well as the beautiful pool with surrounding deck and lounge chairs, why would anyone spend time in the house? Several "tips"; be prepared because everything on North Caicos is expensive. Not much you can do about that, just be ready to spend money. We hired Captain D of One Stop Sporting Shop to take us out for a fishing trip as well as a snorkeling trip. He was great. He knew where to go and he was very entertaining. Mudjin Harbor offers great food, friendly service, an incredible view from the deck of the restaurant high above the beach, to the walk down to the beach and the "challenge" of making it across through the waves to the rock outcropping across from the beach, it was a "don't miss" afternoon. All in all we had a fantastic week of experiences at Grace on the Bay. Thank you Dave for the opportunity.

The ultimate paradise location!

The property was amazing and suited for the whole family. Also, very spacious and everyone enjoyed their own rooms and bathrooms. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Dave was an excellent host and answered any questions and gave thorough information. The management team, Marilyn and Shameka were fabulous. For any problems we had, they were there to answer calls or emails right away and get a quick solution. As for the location of the property, I can’t say enough. If you’re looking for your own private beach in the Caribbean, this is practically it. We maybe saw one other family and the neighbors once. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing, the water was beautiful everyday and felt amazing. The kids loved going from the beach to the pool every hour. The locals were always polite and offered advice for anything. The restaurants were closed mostly but they said they would come in for us if we called ahead, which was really cool and heartwarming. We have been to Provo a couple times, so, I was a little hesitant bringing a big party over to north Caicos and taking the ferry, but everything went so smoothly and our stay was absolutely amazing. The house, the pool, the beach were truly wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Definitely will return!

Private, peaceful, perfect!

We were a group of nine adults, all over 45 years old, and stayed from July 6-13, 2024. We booked this property almost a year out and the dates were filling up quickly. After reading this review proceed to booking! When we decided on this property we sent the owner many questions and Dave will answer you quickly. Upon arrival, the property management team really helped us with transportation, groceries, directions, and anything you need. Thanks Mary, Marylyn, and Dominque, you were all great! The house is as advertised and you will really have you own private beach. We only saw people on the beach one day during the week. The wooden path from the pool area to the beach is really nice (with lights on the gazebo as well). Initially we were worried about bugs in the house as you are so close to the ocean, however, we had no problems at all. Air conditioning was crucial in July and this house had one of the best A/C systems I've seen on any island. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and a variety of ways to make coffee (I loved the coffee bean grinder). You will see that Dave and his team take great care in maintaining the property. The bathrooms looked new and everything is in working order. If there is a problem Dominque will be there quickly. We did extensive research for properties and you should look no further, this is the one for you. It's safe, private, and most important an owner/team that really care. Thank you for a great week!

It was amazing and even better than we anticipated.!

The house is gorgeous, spacious, and clean. We went with 11 family members from young grandkids to grandparents. My favorite time was drinking my morning tea on the back porch while watching the palm trees sway in the breeze and listening to the water hit the beach... so relaxing! The beach is white, clean, and soft as baking powder. The water is warm, crystal clear and great for snorkeling. Morning walks on the beach with our kids were always a treasure hunt and a time to connect without any electronics or distractions. The pool was fabulous. There was one day that was a little windy so we were in the pool most of the day. We played water games and lounged around. A lot of great new memories made. The community was amazingly friendly and we were able to get all the groceries we needed for our stay. We did go to Middle Caicos one day and had lunch at a local restaurant (food was fabulous) and the beach was breathtaking and relaxing. Mary was our local contact for any issues and she was kind, courteous, and always available. She was a lifesaver getting us from and back to the ferry! We were looking for a vacation where our family could come together, relax on the beach, unwind and unplug and our stay exceeded our expectations! The discussion on the trip back to the U.S. was when can we go back!!! :)

Paradise Island!!

My husband and I are already thinking about our next trip back! We had a group of 12 adults with plenty of room! The house was beautiful and the view was even better! The beach is miles of solitude! We took a long walk every morning! The water is crystal clear and the most beautiful blue I’ve ever seen. We used kayaks and snorkels every day. We took day trips to Mudjin Harbor, Bambara beach, Sandy Point Beach, Three Mary Cays. We ate at Mudjin bar and grill, Sea View Cafe and Bambara beach bar. All were great! We had Miss B cater for us each night. She was a hit. David the owner made me feel so at ease about the vacation, he was right I was going to relax as soon as I got to the house! The house managers were great even when we left one of our guests forgot his keys in the house and she called us and drove to the ferry to drop them to us. Things I recommend: Get to the airport around 1 or before because you should stop at the main store to bring some groceries over. We got to the airport at 12:35 and just made the 2:30 ferry. The small stores on north Caicos have stuff but the store on Provo has all the goodies. Definitely bring some bug spray, skin so soft and baby oil worked for me I was diligent when heading out at dusk or dawn. When you get your receipt to the ferry take a pic of it because you will have to repay for return if you don’t have proof of purchase. You will love the house and the people that work with David every one helped it run so smoothly.
