Fantastic place, a hidden gem. Will definitely be back again. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Pool and beach service was great, they take very good care if you, not crowded, very beautiful property.

The property is excellent. Staff was great. The nightclub that is 100 feet from the entrance is a nightmare. From 11pm- 3am. Super loud dj yelling and music.

Deceptive Marketing at Bianca Sands

The site is totally deceptive. This is NOT a luxury property. It is a condo that has some rooms rented out as a hotel. The location is great right on the beach but there are ZERO services whatsoever. To have to dig in a laundry bin inside of a closet for towels for the pool is an all time low for a property that charges what they do.

The Regent Grand is such a Beautiful property!! We stayed a week to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. We had such a wonderful time! STAFF: All the staff was so nice and made our stay special. The front staff Lorraine, Lorna, Linda were always helpful & nice and made us feel welcome. The beach staff John and Randall were amazing...they were attentive and friendly and whatever we needed they were there. They are also so helpful and informative. These guys work so hard and are loyal to the property, owners & guests! CONDO: We had a one bedroom one bath condo oceanfront on the first floor. It has a full size kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry in the unit. You have wifi in the room and on the beach. They provide coffee, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap. Daily cleaning service (we only used it 3x didn't need our place cleaned everyday) and they also do a turn down service and leave water for the night. Such a nice touch. It is like a home away from home. PROPERTY: This property does not have a restaurant (they don't advertise that they have one...so not sure what the negative reviews were about that) But not having restaurant on the property is a non issue because there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops within a few minutes walk and a couple literally steps away from the entrance. Front desk will give lots of recommendations but all the food here in TCI are yummy! The property does have drinks and a small lunch menu while you're on the beach.

Beautiful views, awesome property. Great place since it is mainly owner occupied. Our favorite place on the island. Not many children makes it a great place for couples. No need for a car since every thing is walkable.

It was so quiet and luxurious, never had to run first thing in the morning for a beach chair. Very easy to get around, right on Grace Bay. Walkable to everything including many shops and restaurants.

This was an amazing experience. The property is gorgeous. The pool is huge. The two hot tubs are hot. The beach is fantastic. And above all the people who work here are just amazing. Any need do you have they will jump and do it for you. The rooms themselves are very well laid out and have every amenity you will need. Hands-down, if you’re on the fence about where to stay come here. I am not I paid for advertisement. We were on Long Bay in a villa that had bugs and we checked out of there and had to quickly find a place that would fit our family of six. And we wind it up here and said literally every day how grateful we were given how beautiful it is.

We had the nicest, most relaxing stay in T&C. From the minute we checked in Lorraine and Tracey welcomed us by name. Tracey gave us a guided tour of our room and shared the high lights of the property. We had a beautiful room that was well stocked with comfortable furniture that overlooked the pool. The housekeepers kept the room clean and tidy each day. The property was very well maintained with beautiful palm trees, flowering shrubs, marble floors and beautiful architecture. I saw people cleaning the floors, tables around the pool deck etc regularly. Franklin and Jacquelin took such good care of us at the beach ensuring all our needs were met. Honestly we expected nothing (as is typical at most properties) but when you talked with the guys you understood that they take great pride to ensure each guest is well taken care of. We enjoyed our chats with John and Randall, both of whom have worked at the Regent Grand for a long time. I think that says a lots about the pride they have in the place they work. Our stay was at the end of April and the property was very quiet. At times we were the only ones on the beach. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer vacation to celebrate our anniversary.

A beautiful resort to stay at. The property is immaculate and the gentleman that are outside attend to your every need. This year we did get put in a unit that needed a little TLC. Also, I would recommend going over your detailed incidentals on a daily basis. Not just a summary at the end of your stay. Would definitely stay here again.
