“Property was immaculate as well as the room, which filled with the sun everyday. Screened in pitch an added plus!! Staff was unbelievably pleasant and charming. The availability of the shuttle van was magnificent. A must stay!!”

“Spacious and very clean room. Lots of restaurants near by and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was expensive for a cocktail $18 usd. Could find cheaper at a restaurant or the grocery near by had a good selection of wines and beers. Breakfast was good. Not too many options but just enough. ”

“1st guest at the hotel as I've told. They just recently opened and has restaurant on the property. It's 5 mins or less walk to the beach entrance. Conveniently located at downtown grace bay area near shops and restaurants. The restaurant is delicious and comes with breakfast included. One of the better restaurants in the vicinity! ”

“A true hidden jewel. Everything is superb. The breakfast right on point. The staff courteous and friendly. The room immaculate. The poolside bar with cool and refreshing beverages-with and without alcohol. The food ordered at the bar surprisingly tasty. (The bartender Cosmel is warm, engaging and entertaining.). This is a cannot miss pick for a superb vacation.”

“We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!”

“The Sands was a fine hotel but they fell short in several areas. Staff was generally unfriendly- specifically restaurant, store and front desk. There was an ant problem outside the room each night and we did find a few ants in our room. Room layout is awesome! Location also helpful. We like a resort feel and felt The Sands did a poor job of making guests feel pampered. Was very difficult to get beach service and when we did it arrived in a paper takeout bag. Also, there are very few game……
