The staff was incredibly friendly, and Orlando went above and beyond—he was so knowledgeable and gave us amazing recommendations around the island. The attention to detail is truly impressive; they remembered our names right away and made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and extremely clean. This resort was INCREDIBLE. We went here for our honeymoon and it was a very romantic experience. Gorgeous location with beautiful views, the pool is so nice, and even the beach area, though small is very secluded and private which is nice compared to the other open beaches in the area. By far the best food we ate our whole trip was at the restaurant at the resort, nothing compared! All around great service, beautiful stay, lots of fun free amenities on the property, paddle boards, pickle ball courts and paddles. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

This boutique hotel was absolutely beautiful! Tranquil beautiful beach view with an amazing staff who are very attentive to the guests. Conveniently located just 10 to 12 mins. From other hotels and shopping 🛍️ not to mention just a 7 min ride to the airport. The General manager made it his business to speak to the guest and the food was delicious. I would recommend the Rock House to all my family and friends.

Rockhouse is definitely an amazing property to stay at in Turks and Caicos. The rooms are beautiful, the dining options and food are great and the customer service is top tier! It's a nice getaway spot.

Our stay was great, staff is friendly, the restaurant and cave bar have great food and it’s relatively close to the airport. There were only a couple reasons for the 4 star review which were I had to call for towels/washcloths a couple times; after the room was cleaned, they were not replaced. Also the concierge was great in helping us with a couple excursions but in looking to go to north and middle Caicos they said they had to look into this and asked to give them an hour to explore options and they would give us a call. They didn’t call back until an hour before the excursion was to leave the next morning. Also get trip insurance because if you miss a day they will not work with you. Overall a nice secluded place to stay.
