“Our room was in the new tower, building 4. It was a junior suite, very large, overlooking the beach. Very nice. The only drawback to the resort was a lack of dinner restaurants and the lack of sports for teens. I recommend putting up a volleyball net on the beach and coordinating activities for kids”

“Bar and staff were phenomenal, rooms can use an upgrade but definitely not horrible. It’s just hard to track what activities and restaurants are open since we get a paper print out of the info and mine went swimming day one. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Pros: nice room, dinners were good, beautiful beach Cons: 5 star price…3 star service. Island time is definitely a thing, and that’s okay unless you want to charge premium prices. Took 40 minutes to get a shuttle to one of the villages, while the whole time an empty shuttle was sitting out front, but no one would take it (even though it worked). 1.5 hour wait to one of the restaurants for 2 people that had multiple open tables, when I inquired about it, they said they were being held, but they……

“One of the only hotels with a wide beach. The staff was definitely friendly. Breakfast was good maybe a bit more variety but can't complain bc it was free! The food was one of the best on the island. The only thing I would recommend would be more information of things to do on the island. ”

“The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. ”

“Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service. ”

“Location wasn’t bad but the place need total renovation; need to be cleaned. Would not recommend to my worse enemy. Breakfast area didn’t look clean. The only time I allow them to clean my room ; they did give me enough towels; was out of toilet paper and didn’t get any. ; had to look for someone to get me some. Floor was left dirty. ”

“This is a smaller property, but the layout is very well thought out to make it feel bigger (you keep finding hidden corners). Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk (hint: cut through the parking lot, it's super close!) In summary, hotel is great! As for Turks and Caicos, I would not choose this island as a Caribbean destination... Prices are……
