“Great soft sand and clearest water. Good food and staff very attentive!!”

“We spent our 6 year wedding anniversary at Blue Haven & it exceeded our expectations! The staff is extraordinary here. We loved that it was very secluded, had its own private beach and was very quiet. The bartenders Gillian & Yessica were outstanding & extremely nice making the best drinks for us. They were extremely attentive. The dinners at Fire & Ice were just amazing. We loved that we got to kayak & snorkel & got to see some awesome color fish! If you get to visit Turks & Caicos, we highly……

“Excellent”

“This trip was absolutely amazing and truly paradise! Can't wait to return!”

“My family and I had a great time at West Bay. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Our two bedroom suite was partially overlooking the beach. Accommodation was excellent. We will hope to return one day and will definitely stay at this resort. Thank you.”

“The only thing that kept it from being perfect was that they placed us under rooms that were being remodeled. Way too much noise and it was going to go on for some time. They ended up moving us to another area but it was inconvenient to relocate and halt our plans pending the move but was happy to no longer hear all the construction chaos.”

“The place was super clean. Brenda at the desk is a doll and was always there to help! Bob who worked at night was always pleasant and able to help with calling a cab for us when we needed. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and when we arrived there were rose pedals on the bed that spelled out happy anniversary!!!! Also a beautiful cake, bottle of wine and a lovely card! I highly recommend staying at the tides!”

“Wonderful!”

“Great Stay”

“Beautiful resort friendly staff”

There’s really no entertainment or other options on the property but a restaurant and 2 smaller sized pools. Thought we would have poolside service and that was hit or miss. I had to have my water shut off to fix an issue. It was offseason I get it, but I do feel like there was not enough attention to detail. Also having shuttles from 7-7 wasn’t the best. No real……
