「I had a good stay overall, beach front access to beautiful water. So close to the water! The amenities are wonderful at little to no cost ( paddle board, snorkel gear) Food was good. The only upset were the housekeeping staff at times. A couple of times they came into my room very early (9:30am) and walked into the room. One of them yelled at me to put the “do not disturb” sign up when i am in the room. Which i understand my fault it in in not doing so, but this is the only hotel that I have...

「This was honestly amazing! The staff were phenomenal! The bartender Cortez was amazing!!!! He’s def one of the reason I will be going back to stay in this hotel. The way they made us feel so welcomed will not be forgotten 」

「Beautiful resort, not enough staff. Room we stayed in had a 6 inch step up to the shower and toilet. Because I am not used to that I fell coming out of the toilet portion and broke my foot. Please beware if you get a room like this. Only one restaurant on property food is good but has limited menu.」

「Nice quiet property not too far from the built up Grace Bay Shopping and hotel area. Nice location across from Turtle Cove Marina. Staff was nice but was not much help when it came to advise or information on local activities or touristy type things to do. Our garden view was a view of the parking lot.」
