「The rooms were amazing and comfortable, the pool was chilly but the hot tub was great」

「Was a quiet comfortable room. Just far enough out of the way to be safe and quiet and close enough for dining and shopping options.」

「The staff were very helpful and quick to get us checked in and out. The lobby and breakfast areas were lovely.」

「The property was well managed. Front desk always manned, breakfast prompt and attended to. The room was okay, but bathroom floor definitely needed to be cleaned thoroughly. The bathtub was slippery with no mat in it. 」

「This was my worst hotel stay. I was initially assigned to room 419. When I entered, it smelled like urine and I couldn't check in. Then I asked the front desk to change me to room 611. OMG, there were bed bugs when I slept at night. I was full of bed bug bites. I was so itchy that I asked the front desk to change my room. It was so bad. I probably won’t stay in that hotel again after my first stay. 」
