“La alberca se ve bonita. Lo que más me gustó es que el hotel es su ubicación. Esta cerca de todo y al mismo tiempo está lejos del ruido.”

“It’s a remote location. I have a 4x4 and it was challenging to get to the hotel due to the loose rocks, especially as you get closer to the hotel. The good: remote location, very quiet with no internet access for digital detox. Good hike up to the big rock (800 meters). Good host. The bad: cabins are not well maintained. My whole family had spider bites in the morning. ”

“We got to the hotel expecting to check in, and again, the reservation was lost or they didn't have us registered. We explained that we had a reservation, I showed her my confirmation on my phone and she still didn't know what to do with us. Finally a man came in and after about 20 minutes, asked if there was room for us. She said yes. That should have been her first act, to look for our reservation and if not found, find us a room or tell us there was no space. It is a beautiful place,……
