「When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation wrong and said it was Expedia’s fault. Instead of a double room from an adult and a 14-year-old child, with breakfast, they had a reservation for a single room without breakfast. The supervisor came and after some negotiations (she wanted us to pay extra in order to stay a double room) gave up, and we were allocated the room initially booked via hotels.com. We stayed at the Edem Hotel as it was fairly centrally located, not too far from the zoo and also within walking distance to main roads and a number of shopping centres.
