“This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. “The facilities in this hotel need to be improved. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy, and the showerhead could not function. Moreover, the wifi was not stable. However, the services of this hotel impress me. Firstly, I got a newspaper in the morning from the hotel without charge.
