“We have a very good experience. The room is clean, tidy and has no unpleasent smell. The staff are very friendly. If it's your first time at the hotel, they will introduce you to some of the hotel's facilities and your rights.”

“Every employee I passed smiled at me, held a door, asked how I was, etc. Kiara was so cheerful and happy to get me checked in quickly. The decor was fun. The room was clean. And I got two free drink tokens at check-in! I’d definitely stay there again, and already referred a friend who will be in town soon.”

“We stayed 3 nights -The customer service was excellent- Janise was very friendly and helpful from start to finish! She even gave recommendations for food establishments in the area. We didn’t get to use much of the property amenities but it all looked clean.”

“Came during a busy time apparently there was a sports tournament going on that weekend. The staff was very accommodating but there were a lot of kids there and pool area was very crowded. Still a comfortable stay and the rooms were quiet.”

“Everything from the lobby carpet and couch is filthy. The blinds in room don't work the shower curtain is to small for tub and rod for it doesn't work . The lobby has no snacks it's all empty . The air conditioner didn't work kept turning off so room was hot and stuff I asked for a fan nope they don't have fans either . Had to ask for towels and soap. There was no rooms to change too so we were stuck . Worst Radisson was I have ever been too ”
