「Our key card didn’t work and we waited for the employee to get back to his desk for about 5 minutes. We got up into the room and there was not a shower curtain. We tried to call down to the desk and the phone in the room was broken, so we used our own. No biggy. He said he’d be up with one in a couple minutes, after about 30 minutes we called again and then it was brought up within 10 minutes. We were also told that the pool /hot tub was not working.」

「The property was very nice. We love the restaurant. Everything was beautiful there unfortunately we did have a problem with our toilet the next morning and it took him two hours to come up and fix it so we had to go to the lobby to go to the bathroom and that was the thing we did not like.」
