The room was small but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean, really enjoyable for us and the highlight of the stay. I did not like having all the snacks in the room that you’d be charged for if eating. Because the room was so small, I would prefer to have the option to purchase these items at the front desk but not in my room. Overall, we would stay here again.

The pool area could use some updating, the breakfast options were good but cold, also charging for WiFi feels very outdated. It’s been years since I’ve been to a motel/hotel that has charged me to use WiFi. The TV channels are minimal, I think 5 total? So if you don’t want to pay for WiFi, you don’t have much to watch on TV. Staff were nice, room was clean, pool water was warm.

Hotel staff was great. I’d seriously consider changing lightbulbs to a warmer light in lobby area. The cool daylight 5000k bulbs are terrible and it felt uncomfortable. Also, as someone with celiac I was hoping for a little more gluten free options. Overall a good stay tho!

The room was clean but smelt like men's perfume gave me a head ache. Called the hotel from the hospital I was at and it took them a day to be able to transfer my calls. Also I got out of the hospital a day early and was still chagered a full day for checking out early at 1115 am. All in all the staff was very nice will I stay there the next time I don't know

Although this hotel is a bit older and with that the normal wear and tear, I appreciate the reasonable cost for a hotel room. We did not use the pool but I did see kids using the pool and it looked like they were having a blast, using the slide and also there is a smaller side pool for really young kids. I didn't use the hot tub but finding a pool with a hot tub is getting hard to find. The room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and the hotel was close to some nice restaurants and the mall. I would definitely stay here again.

Warm and dirty hot tub. Nothing was bad. Just a long way from great. But not well maintained. The nicest place in the whole hotel was the breakfast area. Looked updated. No coffee though for breakfast. Can’t even make that up.

Breakfast was good. Lot of options including eggs, waffles and baked goods. Beverages too, there were multiple options including tea, coffee, juices, fruits and yogurt. The property is good but older. It was moslty damp in all areas due to the swimming pool and poor exhaust system. It felt like it needed maintenance work. Rooms were decent size and clean.

The breakfast and all day coffee was good! My son enjoyed the toddler pool very much. The bed was comfy. The toilet on the seat was really loose. It was just my toddler and I so it was harder going up and down the stairs with him and everything but we managed. Free workout haha! I think families with older children would enjoy the water slide. I was surprised the breakfast area was empty on a Sunday. My son and I had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the variety of options.
