“The room we stayed in (712) on June 1, 2026 did not have A/C but rather just a fan blowing warm air. The bathroom fan did not work either so my wife was getting ready in basically a sauna. The topper was that the toilet was plugged from the previous guests. I've been a CanadInns customer many times when my kids were younger but this was a real disappointment.”

“Clean, modern large room. Comfy bed and very decent breakfast. Stayed on the second floor but some how a cricket came out of the bathtub tap when I turned on the water. Needless to say a little surprised.”

“Check in was a little less then desirable. No one to be found when we got there and no bell or anything to notify staff someone showed up. Once staff got there all was good. Hotel is nice. It was quite, beds were comfortable ”

“The tv didn't work and the air conditioning didn't work either. When we went down to ask them to fix the problems, they said they would send someone up and the problems were never resolved.”

“We got to the hotel at 11:30pm and found out that the AC in the hotel did not work. There was no prior communication about it. If we had been notified, we would have canceled and rebooked elsewhere. Room was very hot and no air movement. Breakfast wasn't anything spectacular. Juice machine down so only option was coffee.”

“The hotel/structure is nicer than the upkeep. For now, the newness of the property allows/provides grace to the staff. Very kid friendly. Shopping on the same property. Close to the freeway, but quiet and tucked -in”

“It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay.”
