Our plane was super late , we got to the hotel at 12:30 am..the desk clerk was very good, funny, conversational for the late hour. He got all of our information taken care of. The room was nice, maybe not 5 star, a good bed, great pillows and a nice selection of soap and lotion. The best art of most Holiday Inns is the breakfast buffet, and this one was great! The coffee also very good. I'd go back again.

Our room was great and very clean. Was a little bummed because we came with toddlers expecting the toddler pool area to be open and it was closed. When we needed new sheets in the middle of the night because one of our kiddos had gotten sick there were no staff to be found and my husband tried calling the hotel but it just kept ringing. He finally ran into someone 30min later walking down the stairs and the guy looked was carrying a bag of chick-fil-a and looked like he’d been sleeping. We got the sheets and the rest of the night was good. Breakfast was like warm but the whole place was clean and the beds were comfty! The staff we encountered during the day were very nice!

I booked a double queen room 6 months ago. When I arrived to hotel, it was full of youth sports teams. I asked for a room away from the kids. When I opened the door to the room, I saw one bed and a sofa sleeper. I am with my elderly dad who is dying of cancer and I just had a 5 level spinal fusion 4 weeks ago. And now I am stuck sleeping on a old sofa sleeper when I booked (and paid for) a double queen room. Additionally, the entire floor was a youth hockey team who were loud, running and screaming until midnight, playing hall hockey day and night, etc. When I contacted the hotel, they said they gave my room to the sports teams. This stay was a complete nightmare, and I guarantee I will never return to a Holiday Inn. The carpet on my floor was full of chips, popcorn, pizza, etc. I ended up checking out a day early because of the room situation and the obnoxious noise. Of course no one will address the issue or return my calls. I was not offered a refund or credit for the room change or checking out early. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Staff was okay… not cheerful and didn’t say more than needed. Room was clean but needs to ask for a set of clean sheets cause the ones on bed had (blood? Crap?) stains… and we replaced our selves Breakfast was good and man was kind… would I stay there again… probably not

Staff…I watched a young boy go over to the free breakfast area where there were leftover muffins and other stuff out still. The staff came in and saw and made the hit out it back. He had touched it already and they stated it was past 10:30? It was 11 am already. A young boy!!! Terrible!! I will never stay here again.

The hotel feels new and modern. I got a great room right from the start. The breakfast was good. The staff was kind also. My only observations are: it felt understaffed. And at night there were a bunch of uneducated people drinking in the hot tub - with glass bottles of vodka and fireball and cups. Didn’t feel family friendly at all in the pool area because of that. I reported it and I hope they did something about it, because there were kids playing in that area - last thing you want is kids and people cutting their feet because someone brakes glass in the pool and spa area. It’s against the hotel’s rules but some people just don’t get it.
