“Fun hotel”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was decent.”

“Long travel day with 3 kids. Arrived late. Booked on Expedia and messaged property ahead to let them know of arrival time. Front desk staff was horrendous and VERY put out by having to check me in (despite it being a 5 minute process). Reluctant to answer questions about breakfast and gym. Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Tub had no plug and bathroom fan likely has mold. Morning staff member was VERY kind and pleasant, likely would’ve been a different experience had she checked us in……

“The pool wasn't open and I wasn't told until it was too late to cancel my reservation. That's probably the main draw of the hotel. The room was VERY clean and awesome. Thank you! Why would a hotel with such a huge empty lot charge a nightly parking fee for someone already paying over $200 for a room in Fargo, ND? That makes no sense at all. Why are the bathrooms so crappy? The shower head was at shoulder height. I'm only 6 feet tall. With the rooms so amazing and clean and awesome……

“Breakfast was good and the pool was great for the grandchildren. Very convenient parking.”

“Check in was a little less then desirable. No one to be found when we got there and no bell or anything to notify staff someone showed up. Once staff got there all was good. Hotel is nice. It was quite, beds were comfortable ”

“Room was clean , bathroom clean but could use some work on walls around the shower, rusty and plasters needs fixed. Also fan on ceiling had duct tape over the sensor, and needed cleaned. weird place for coffee kuerig , it was in the dresser on a pull out shelf, weird and inconvenient to use. Breakfast was good and variety. No mustard for sausage. Staff was friendly.”

“The front desk staff told me they were short staffed when I asked for a hair dryer. “I don’t know where they are; I’ll leave a note for the morning.” I never got a hair dryer. The sheet was stained on the king sized bed when I pulled back the bedspread. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay.”

“Great stay. Had early breakfast and plenty of water bottles for us marathon runners.”

“It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay.”
