Pool was freezing for my kid, hot tub was colder than a tub, he had a miserable time trying to swim, one of their restaraunts in there is actually closed? And now its just waisted space, the room for a pent house was...tiny. bed on wheels, felt like a motel. You pay for the view i guess, staff first didnt give us any swim bands when checking in then gave us the wrong ones at the pool entrance. I doubt we will be coming back, proce was throigh the roof and we were so annoyed we left literally that same night

The waterpark water seemed cooler than 2 years ago when we visited in October. The elevator buttons was taped. Hotel was built in 2007 and its dating a bit. Ordered pizza never got a call from the front desk it was there, went to get it and staff member said its over there and we had to grab it. Very poor customer service! Coffee had a poor taste in the room. Ice machine on 7th floor was broke! Oh and dont buy canadinn gift cards for arcade they dont work when were told they would in 2024.

The cost was high for these rooms, nothing better than other hotels and it is getting aged in appearance. Elevators are a not scary, duck tape on control panel and doors that moved very slow. Definitely showing wear. I was expecting the pool to be included in the room due to the higher rate but there is an additional cost. Breakfast was good, a bit short staffed for a Sunday morning.

This was our first time going and we enjoyed it. The waterpark is really for the kids as there is no pool for adults to just float in; only the lazy river. We enjoyed the lazy river however, when it is packed and kids are pushing, going crazy and not paying attention to who is around them, it was not so relaxing. It would be nice if they had some music playing in the background and if you don't show up earlier in the day, good luck finding a table you don't have to "rent". They should look at smaller tables so they can fit more. The room was comfortable and came with a microwave and small bar fridge. There is no daily room service so you need to call for fresh towels and have your garbage's emptied. They quickly fulfilled our request which was great. The shower head was horrible. It had a built-in hand held but the whole thing constantly shook with no water pressure. The breakfast was great at Alto's but dinner at The Tavern was not so good. I had the half rack of ribs and they were dried out. I had two ribs and couldn't eat anymore. The bar didn't know how to make simple drinks like a black Russian or a Cosmo. It had to be remade and still, not drinkable. The fries the kids had were fine. Overall, it was a clean hotel with a great waterpark and we will come back during the winter to get away.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Dated rooms, but we were there to swim. Pool area burned our eyes on occasion but my kids enjoyed it.

Room was terrible. Had to fight with front desk for a room change until midnight. So much hallway noise we slept maybe an hour. Poor room quality and was no told window faces inside the building. Also air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on and room was very hot. Mattress was clearly broken and no cushion left.

Dirty, everywhwere. Main lobby chairs were sticky. Mainconcourse was gross. Inch of dirt and dust on everything. Waterpark was the same. They should really close for 1 day and clean. Line for breakfast was extremely backed up every morning. The room was the only acceptable part of my stay. This hotel has gone downhill fast

The motel has gone down hill from when it opened up. For the price, it should be a 5 star hotel and it has not had updates in a very long time. Disappointed for the price we paid. If we had not had an event in the Alerus Center which is attached, we would have stayed in a different motel. It is nice to have bars inside of the motel.

We had a family room and the TV in the room with the kids bunk beds didn’t work and they had 2 people up there and couldn’t get it fixed which was disappointing.
