「Very friendly staff, economical but clean and comfortable」

「Was not given correct room and paid for a suite and was given a single bed room. 」

「The room was very outdated and the beds were awful. We went to the bar to grab a drink at 9pm and it was closed. Staff were very friendly. 」

「The hotel was undergoing MAJOR construction (NOT disclosed at booking) Half of our floor was tarped off, with a strong smell of paint, dust, and stale cigarette smoke that made the stay very unpleasant, especially for our children. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. The hot tub was large, but the water temperature was excessively hot, making it unusable for more than a 2 minutes. We later heard another guest report the same issue and the person at the desk using some excuse...

I did not appreciate being dumped in a dog room, with our small non shedding dog and being billed twice and more than what was stated on Expedia. This should be an allowed choice for reservations, to add the pet fee.」

「My room was on the ground floor. With the trees outside the window, the room was not very bright which was not a problem for me as I did not stay in the room during the day. The smell of the room or the towels was not particularly refreshing but still acceptable. 」

Manager who eventually checked us in said it was very busy that day and the time weren't ready but the messaging received originally didn't match. Kiddo found hairs that weren't his in the bed. Tub didn't drain. Breakfast looked surprisingly good but we didn't...
