「The beds were comfy and rooms clean. The staff were very friendly! There was a water and snack station in the lobby that was a fun surprise. We enjoyed the breakfast, however the pancake machine wasn’t working at the time. The hot tub and pool were great options to have! Loved the hours of the pool and fitness centre. The hot tub was a little low on water and barely went up to the chest when sitting. Overall, great place to stay. 」

「My room was on the ground floor. With the trees outside the window, the room was not very bright which was not a problem for me as I did not stay in the room during the day. The smell of the room or the towels was not particularly refreshing but still acceptable. 」

「BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. 」
