“Room appeared recently renovated.”

“Everything was excellent, the only issue was pay for parking lot.”

“El trato fue exelente, la habitacion fue 10 de 10. El sofa cama se le sienten los esprines pero ok. El desayuno estuvo buenisimo”

“Nothing to add”

“The location was excellent, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Definitely will Be going back for my next stay-cation”

“The employees were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The only things like furniture, the shower, ect. were worn out. The shower barely put out water. It is why I gave an okay rating.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Priscilla who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well arranged. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices. We would definitely stay again.”

“Great hotel not too far from downtown action. Close to the nearby main strip of shops, restaurants and bars. We liked that it close to some nearby high end roof top bars of other hotels to visit. Nice place to stay if you want to visit Chattanooga for a Friday night or short weekend trip. We don’t mind walking and this downtown city is super fun, clean and safe-feeling. Only negative was that this hotel room was basic, not bad as it all appeared new and fresh but very basic - I wouldn’t consider……

“Truly enjoyed the experience. Hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.”

“Good!”

“I made reservations for 3 nights to visit friend who was on hospice . She ended up passing away while I was there . We wanted to cancel the last night and get a refund ( there was no reason for us to stay in town) I prepaid in advance . The hotel manager - Beth-would not refund us the last night . After several discussions she refused. How heartless is that ? Plus the staff at front desk told me if she checked us out early I would be charged a one night fee for cancelling within the 48hr cancel……

“Love the 24 hour gym. Breakfast was okay but not worth paying for. Very clean hotel and safe area. Would stay again!”

“Very nice property at a reasonable price close enough to downtown and Hamilton place to be a short drive (except at rush hours) and pay less for the hotel and nothing for parking. Highly recommended.”

“A unique hotel with a youthful flair and beautiful rooms. I'm thrilled for having chosen the Moxy hotel, and I will readily promote its ambience to all my friends.”
