“The rooms were clean. This hotel thought through how many outlets people typically need and it was refreshing. I don't have to bring my own power strip. The hotel is located in an ideal place, right off the freeway but just outside the crowded downtown area.”

“We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!”

“It's not the HI Express. Parking was plentiful in the ramp across the street. You walk to find breakfast, but all the shops were good (except the bakery-that was excellent!!). Canel walk was close enough, but you will be tired after walking all day. The room we stayed in had character-dark walls, the walkin glass shower had stripes like a cage! We'll probably check it out the next time we visit Duluth.”

“The location was great with a view of the harbor and the lift bridge from the room. It was a short walk across the lift bridge to Canal Park and good food, museums, and shopping. We went to the Great Lakes Aquarium, the William A Irvin ore ship museum and walked along Lake Superior. The buffet breakfast was great and everything was clean. This was a wonderful place to stay.”

“2 story hotel but no elevator. Was told they only had a king room available on 2nd floor. A few steps (actually 13 to 15) wasn't bad. Room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was adequate. We didn't use the pool or fitness room so I can't say anything about those.”
