「The property is beautiful, nicely maintained. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The bar staff, especially Thang, went out of his way to make use happy. He always made our drinks fast and friendly. He even offered to bring our drinks out to the pool for us. We will stay again here again when we return to Phu Quoc. 」

「首先芒果湾的食物真的是做的美貌且美味，可是住宿环境实在是让我不能接受了，房间内有固定的几只壁虎，然后蚊虫蛾子死不完，半夜尿急也忍着不愿意上厕所，因为觉得厕所更可怕，洗澡也只能乘天亮洗，因为淋浴这边没有灯。我们住的两晚风很大，晚上都会下大雨，海浪声吵的根本无法入睡，只能塞上耳机。房间内赤脚进去，但风大很容易就把各种垃圾吹到房里，赤脚踩着就不舒服也觉得很脏。但是酒店的服务还是很不错的，有接驳巴士和价格合适的接送机服务，SPA也做的很棒，以至于我直接睡着了。如果再让我选择一定不在这住，但必须来吃东西和体验SPA。」
